When you click on the annotations it should "highlight" yellow so it is easier to identify.

My team and I have been very excited about using Crocodoc for collaborative PDF review. However, in the last two days I have noticed two different comments disappeared from a document we were working on. I'm certain they were not deleted by anyone. Both the comments that disappeared were area comments; I'm not sure if that's relevant. This is disappointing. If I can't trust that comments will stick, I definitely can't use Crocodoc for critical review. [I tried to send this info as a message to support, but when I submitted it told me the message failed. Grr. So I'm retyping it here.]

This is invaluable to educational google apps domains. Single Sign on with ability to export marked up document back to domain google docs account.

This for us will probably be a fatal bug (occurs in Chrome and Firefox, as well as MSIE). It leaves the yellow leader-lines that are supposed to guide a viewer to the source of a comment in a pdf leading far astray at the right side of the page, never connecting to the comment - so if there are ten comments on the right margin, it's up to the viewer to figure out to which of the flags on the pdf any of them correspond. This makes Crocodoc all but unusable. Add to this that at least one team member's comments are consistently attributed to "anonymous" despite his being logged in, and complaints from another about not being able to print the pdf at all (other than the first few pages) and this is a write-off.

The otherwise excellent Crocodoc is quite useless without a Chrome plugin/extension... I really have to _upload_ a document? Or email it to Crocodoc? WTF?! Also, saving to Google docs would be awesome.

By the way, a quick hack might be to write a windows, mac or whatever program, that scans a 'downloads' folder and automatically uploads any downloaded PDF files to crocodoc. Could work...

I'm trying to upload a file form disk but keep getting an 'invalid params' error. This does not help me figure out what the issue is. Both the API token and file path seem fine, but *something's* wrong.

I need to print the comments, and when I use "Download with mark-ups" the resulting pdf files are not all formatted the same. Many of the files I download format to show comments but will not print them.

As documents are commented on a corrected, it would be very useful if you could upload a new version of the document instead of having to create a new document each time. The annotations would be archived with the version of the document, so you could access them as history.

The more documents I add to crocodoc - the more folder I need to create and reorganise their contents, etc. To move multiple files (preferably) to other folder/s.
